• AISD Alief High School, Taylor High School Houston, Texas 80 acre site consisting of a 500,000-sq/ft main campus, full science department, kitchen, 2 complete indoor gymnasiums, band room, dance hall, indoor gun range and a complete 1000 person state of the art auditorium/theater. Surrounding the main campus included: competition certified football field, 2 baseball fields, tennis courts, running track, soccer fields, field house and press box.

• School of Science and Technology -  TSU Houston TX Program and Design on a 168,000 sq/ft state of the art science building to house Chemistry,Biology, Health Science, and Mathematics.
• Complete Infrastructure Renovation - TSU Houston TX Program and Design on infrastructure investigation and implementation of replacement of repairs on the entire facility workings

• Webster Square, is a 243,000 SF shopping center in Nashua, NH: Retailers include: Barnes and Noble, Old Navy, Toys “R” Us, PETCO, David’s Bridal, DSW Shoe Warehouse, L.L. Bean, Michaels Arts & Crafts, Famous Footwear.
• Village at West Oaks, is a 300,000 SF development in Houston, Texas. Retailers include: Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, Ross Dress For Less, OfficeMax, Bed Bath & Beyond, PETCO, Ulta, TJMaxx, Sport Clips, Souper Salad, Discount Tire, Mattress Warehouse and Casual Male.
